Due to the high peak of coronavirus spread in the UK, the retail stores are limiting the visitors numbers at any giving time. This has been leading to longer queues outside most of the retail shops and hypermarkets.
Mark and spencer, one of the global fashion store leaders had to innovate and facilitate the customers experience by launching the book and shop app. This application allows the customers to reserve a shopping spot and avoid the long wait outside of the stores while preserving a healthy shopping environment.
