The leading brand of Turkish fashion retail LC Waikiki started opening shoe stores under the brand LCW Steps.
Offering its collection to the customers in more than 1,000 stores in 47 countries, LC Waikiki opened its special stores for shoes in Turkey and abroad. Opening its first store in Malatya Park AVM, LCW Steps aims to reach 10 stores by the end of 2020 with the stores it will open in Mardin, Istanbul and Kazakhstan.
LC Waikiki was the second largest player in the shoes of Turkey with its investments in recent years. It is also in the top three in the shoe category in the countries where it operates.
More than 10 thousand models go through 3-stage testing
LCW Steps aims to meet all shoe needs of its customers from all age groups by designing more than 10 thousand models every year in women’s, men’s, children’s and baby shoes. Licensed products also attract attention among the rich model scale of LCW Steps.
LC Waikiki offers quality and health assurance to its customers with its “Product Health and Safety” policy in shoe group products as in all product groups.
While producing LCW Steps shoes, it complies with the “3-stage LC Waikiki Shoe Test Protocol” by considering foot health, environmental awareness and quality standards. All components are subjected to ecological and physical tests at the first stage before starting the shoe production. In the second stage, sample products in trial production are tested. In the third stage, the products prepared are tested for the last time and placed on the shelves for meeting the customer.
Support to the economy with domestic production and export
The products of LCW Steps are designed by taking into consideration the needs of the customer in 47 countries with the design and product development teams located on-site and the production is completed mainly in Turkey.
Supporting the industrialization of the shoe industry in our country, creating employment in this field, LC Waikiki also contributes to the economy through the export of shoes. The contribution of LCW Steps to the economy with the purchases made in the shoe sector in the last 3 years has exceeded 1 billion TL.
